4. mknomad5 They are STILL giving the vaccine at a local Walgreens here in LA. Parents, please consider carefully before taking your children for this vaccine. It´s real, I survived it, I lived it. It kicked my ass, and I won the battle. I believe it to be the squalene contained in the vaccine that did this damage to me. 5. mknomad5 Fellow Vets: I have suffered now going on two years with several symptoms as a result of receiving the H1N1 shot AT THE VA. Symptoms include: Neuropathy, pain and numbness in (in order) left knee, left shoulder, and whole area from left elbow to wrist. I was given the shot in my left arm. The symptoms have begun their final stage of going away, now I have only intermittent symptoms (again, after almost two years of suffering). I strongly advise NOT getting this vaccine. Navy, EW. Im sure there are parts of this world that are going through epidemics, but if it proved to be a global crisis I would hear about it from many sources. Instead I hear it blown up over the media. 7. captwasabi @SytrusISurtys Instead of being smug you should take a look into herd immunity and realize just how dangerous this really is. The threshold for Diphtheria is 85%. As there are so many different strains of influenza the threshold is far, far higher. And it’s not like there isn’t historical precedent already. As I said previously, the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic killed almost 5% of the world population and infected almost 30% but to you it’s all a joke. Ignorance must truly be bliss.
